Use property videos to prepare your purchase
Videos can make an initial property comparison more concrete. They are especially useful for recording questions before you arrange a viewing from abroad.
Existing video material
Browse the property videos on the existing YouTube channel. Recordings may use different spoken languages, and not every property has a video.
Turn observations into questions
- Which rooms connect directly and which require passing through another space?
- How is the entrance arranged, and what can you see of the access route?
- How does the terrace, balcony or garden relate to the living space?
- Which areas need a separate photograph, explanation or inspection?
Read the listing alongside the recording
The written particulars contain information that images cannot confirm, such as stated areas, included items and existing occupation. The date of filming also matters: a video does not establish that a property is still available or unchanged.
Prepare the next enquiry
Send the video URL, the property link and the questions it raises for you. Pointing to a moment in the recording can make an explanation easier. For an investment purchase, keep the images separate from the review of lease terms, running expenses and authorised use; those require documentary information.
